Three foods I hate and refuse to eat:
- Cinnamon rolls
- Watermelon (or any type of melon, really)
- Yogurt (unless it's frozen yogurt or in some type of sauce/dip/breading and it no longer tastes like yogurt)
I also hate the way all of these foods smell.
Three foods I love and eat more of than I should:
- Pasta
- Nuts (especially almonds and pistachios)
- Indian food (minus anything with paneer because I just don't like it)
Three chores I avoid until absolutely necessary:
- Laundry
- Dusting
- Sorting/trashing/shredding mail
Three chores I always do:
- Laundry (well, when I'm down to the bare minimum) since Eric and I each do our own
- Dusting (I may put it off, but Eric can't do it at all because it aggravates his allergies too much)
- The majority of financially-related things for the household
Three wardrobe staples:
- Band/concert t-shirts
- Jeans/jeggings
- Yoga pants/leggings
Three things I don't spend money on:
- Cable (though we do have Netflix, Amazon Prime, and now Hulu)
- Apps or in-app purchases for free games/apps (I won't say I'd never do this, but I can usually find free versions of things that suit my needs just fine)
- Home decor (this may change once we buy a house, but I just don't care about this stuff in our apartment)
Three things I do spend money on:
- Travel
- Concerts (and, of course, a t-shirt from each show I attend)
- Pedicures
Three TV shows I frequently watch in reruns:
- Gilmore Girls
- Modern Family
- Law & Order: SVU
Three movies I love (that might surprise you):
- My Best Friend's Wedding (I'm typically not a romantic comedy fan, but I adore this movie and cry every single time I watch it)
- Wall-E (this one also makes me cry every time)
- The Cable Guy (I usually hate stupid humor movies, but this one always cracks me up for some reason)
Three genres I generally don't read:
- Nonfiction (unless it's true crime or a really interesting memoir)
- Romance
- Fantasy/paranormal
Three things I'm looking forward to this year:
- Visiting my family and friends in West Virginia in April
- Taking free online courses through my library (I already signed up for a creative writing course that begins on the 14th, but there are others I'm interested in taking as well)
- Seeing A Perfect Circle live for the first time (I literally just purchased tickets while I was writing this post, and I'm still kind of freaking out)
Hopefully this helped you learn a little more about me. If there's anything else you want to know, just ask. I'm pretty open about most things!
